OK, I'll say it. I know you are thinking it like I am.
HAARP anyone? --- Bankrupt Venezuela? --- convenient federal FEMA militarization while Louisiana National Guard in Iraq?

Katrina has gone from Cat 1 to Cat 5 in days. It was even briefly downgraded lower than Cat 1 to a tropical storm as it left South Florida! Meterologists admit mystification--or feign mystification--at it. Now, devastation from Katrina is to be around 500x worse than the damage delivered to South Florida. A Category 5 hurricane does not cause five times as much damage as a Category 1. It causes 500 to 1,000 times the damage, hurricane scientists say, because the power of a storm increases exponentially as wind speeds grow.

In 1976 there was a U.N. Treaty, which Nations signed, promising not to affect each other using weather warfare. So...in other words, the technology was available then...to at least some degree.

Good questions, Winston... As you may have noticed, I asked similar questions about HAARP, etc. in my "Katrina PsyOp" post a few minutes before your post. Nevertheless, I have more questions than answers.

Sure there is a possibility that part of the effects or path of Hurricane Katrina may have been caused by deliberate weather modification (U.S. HAARP, Russian, or other). However, other than normally anomolous weather (with the emphasis on "normally"), where is the evidence?

Severe hurricanes during hurricane season are predictable. Given the conspiratorial penchant of Internet bloggers & forum posters (such as you & me), why wouldn't those who are supposedly running these PsyOps just take advantage of our normal conspiratorial tendencies to create or encourage a "Fear & Confusion PsyOp" to further distract those of the Internet-addicted American and world public from some of the more important geopolitical issues -- such as congealing 9/11 questions & answers, the Iraq War (1,000,000+ Iraqis dead in & since Gulf War I), a possibly pre-planned "Clash of Civilizations" between Muslims & Christians (with a dash or more of disinfo about Israel & the Jews), creeping American & global fascism, and a bankrupt American & world economic system?

If the so-called global elite (or G8) can keep you & me & others endlessly speculating about such "weather or not" questions (with no possibility of real evidence or real answers), then doesn't our speculation sap our time and free their time to rape & plunder the people and resources of the world? Are you & I an unwitting or semi-witting part of this distraction?

Who is doing this to America? Who is doing this to the world? How sophisticated are their technologies and their PsyOp games?
